Parent Education Seminar on Brachial Plexus Palsy, August 11
Brachial Plexus Camp August 11 and 12, 2012

Due to a generous donation from the Motor City Golf Classic and the Mott Golf Classic, we are offering children with brachial plexus palsy 7 years and older, an opportunity to spend 2 days of fun-filled activities at no cost at the Howell Nature Center located in Howell, Michigan.
There is also an informational seminar presented on the morning of August 11th for parents and caregivers of children under the age of 7. Topics include legal and medical updates, along with family testimonies about brachial plexus palsy.
For the parents and caregivers of children 7 years and older, treatment updates will be presented, along with a parent panel. During the parent education sessions, the children will be participating in camp activities.
Some of the information during the seminars may not be applicable to patients or families who receive treatment outside of our brachial plexus program. Families outside of the University of Michigan Brachial Plexus Program will benefit most from attending the camp on August 12th.
Please select from the links below, the brochure that coincides with the appropriate age of your child. You will find further detail described in the brochure.
You can print a copy of the brochure, fill out the registration form and mail with a check which will be returned on the day of camp.
If you have questions please call Connie McGovern at 734-936-5017.
