Graduate Medical Education in Ethics Program
The GME Ethics Initiative is directed by Susan Dorr Goold and David Stern and supported by the Academic Ventures Fund of the UM Faculty Group Practice. We began in Fall 1999 with a detailed Needs Assessment that included meetings with residency directors, other faculty, reesidents, practicing physicians and ethics committees, then developed curricular modules to meet prevalent, important educational needs. These modules are available for use in your residency program ; contact a faculty leader (in parentheses next to each module) should you wish to include any in your residency curriculum.
