Honor & Awards:
Ronald Harris -- Robert Sweet Award for Excellence in Anesthesiology, University of Michigan Medical School
This honor goes to the medical student who has demonstrated academic excellence, dedication and enthusiasm on their clinical rotation in Anesthesiology. Many of these award winners have gone on to become outstanding anesthesiologist across the country.
During the years from 1989 to 1993, the award was given in honor of the late UM anesthesiologist, Ronald Harris. In recent years, the award honors both Dr. Harris and Dr. Sweet.
