You are not alone. There are currently 5.2 million Americans with Alzheimer’s disease. Unless something can be done to prevent or delay the onset of this disease, this number is expected to triple by the year 2050. Until a cure is found, it is important for patients and caregivers to have access to and utilize community support services.
