Investigators wishing to utilize resources of the MADRC can apply using either a Clinical Core Resource (PDF) or Neuropathology Core Resource Application (PDF).
Please read the Policy Statement (PDF) attached, complete the appropriate form and fax it to Dr. Sid Gilman, Director, MADRC at 734-936-8967 or e-mail.
