Use the worklist to view the cases that require action from you. These are cases that are “Open” and fall into two categories:
1) Unassigned cases – These are cases that were referred to at least one other designated reviewer from your clinical area. You or one of your colleagues must select the case and add it to your respective work list of unreviewed cases before you begin the review.
2) Unreviewed cases - These are cases that were referred to you or that you assigned to your worklist but have not been reviewed
For each unassigned and unreviewed case, similar information is displayed. The only difference is the button in the right hand column in the column titled, “Action”.
To accept an unassigned case, click the “Assign to Me” button in the right hand column. This puts the case into your list of unreviewed cases. Then begin reviewing a case from the unreviewed case list by clicking on the “Review” button in the right hand column. If you click anywhere else in the row for the case, a “view only” copy of the case will open.
