3 Letters of support from 3 different colleagues in your current practice setting.  Each letter should address 2 domains. Colleagues should be from your CURRENT practice setting. All RN colleagues must have taken the Peer Feedback Class. Managers/Supervisors cannot write a Letter of Support. (They contribute through the Manager Voice).
