Scheduling
Appointments can be scheduled by patients, family members, guests or staff members by:

Hours: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., Monday through Friday
Patients will need to complete our health history questionnaire and massage therapy consent prior to appointment. Massage therapist will obtain documents from patient at the time of service. If patient cannot fill out forms massage therapist will assist them once the massage therapist arrives to the room.
