For Suspected/Undiagnosed Skin Cancer:

For Cutaneous T Cell Lymphoma (CTCL):
For individuals with suspected or confirmed Cutaneous T Cell Lymphoma (CTCL), diagnosis and/or treatment is available through the University of Michigan Multidisciplinary CTCL program. Please call 734-232-2220 for appointment information.
For Biopsy-Confirmed Skin Cancer:
For individuals with a biopsy confirmed diagnosis of MELANOMA, call (734) 936-6360 to make an appointment at the University of Michigan Multidisciplinary Melanoma Clinic.
For individuals with a biopsy confirmed diagnosis of MERKEL CELL CARCINOMA, call (734) 936-6360 to make an appointment at the University of Michigan Multidisciplinary Merkel Cell Clinic.
For individuals with a biopsy-confirmed non-melanoma skin cancer, including BASAL CELL CARCINOMA or SQUAMOUS CELL CARCINOMA, call (734) 936-4068 to make an appointment in the University of Michigan Cutaneous Surgery and Oncology Mohs Unit.
A preoperative consultation is critically important to assess, coordinate, plan, and prepare the patient appropriately for surgery. Please understand that Mohs surgery is not usually performed on the consult day. We will make every effort to minimize trips but want to insure that the surgery is performed in the best way possible.
Appointments for patients with a biopsy-confirmed diagnosis of skin cancer are located on level one in the U-M Cancer Center. Valet parking is available for a fee at the front entry of the Cancer Center, beginning at 7 a.m. most weekdays.
