Combining patient care experience with didactic learning, resident physicians become masters of the diagnosis, treatment and basic understanding of the skin.
We offer residents and medical students who seek a career in academic dermatology the opportunity to gain clinical and additional basic science research experience by extending our residency program to four years through our NIH training grant.
Subspecialty Fellowship Training Programs
We provide rotations for fourth-year medical students with an interest in dermatology. In addition, our intensive dermatology teaching sequence for second-year medical students received the American Academy of Dermatology's National Award for Excellence in Education.
