The University of Michigan Health System’s Administrative Fellowship Program is uniquely designed to provide a recent graduate with a complete academic health system perspective at a nationally-recognized health system. The two-year program is designed to provide the fellow with experience and exposure to the operations and structure of an academic health center. The fellow will spend the first year of the program working in the Office of the Director and CEO of the University of Michigan Hospitals and Health Centers. The fellow will spend the second year of the program working in the Dean’s Office of the University of Michigan Medical School. Throughout the two years, the fellow will have opportunities to pursue projects in any area of the Health System, including in the office of the Executive Vice President for Medical Affairs, the Faculty Group Practice and the Michigan Health Corporation.
