Patient Safety Enhancement Program

Our response to medical errors and malpractice litigation
As part of our commitment to patient safety, we have implemented an innovative approach to medical malpractice suits and medical errors that works well for both our patients and our medical staff. It can be summed up as "apologize and learn when we’re wrong, explain and vigorously defend when we’re right, and view court as a last resort."
