Safe Sitter (pdf)

Recognized by the American Academy of Pediatrics and taught by Registered Nurses of the University of Michigan Health System. Safe Sitter students will learn babysitting ethics, how to care for children (age appropriate play, feeding, holding an infant, etc.), injury prevention, basic first aid, and how to care for a choking infant or child.

Baby Care Basics (pdf)

This class is designed to give you a complete head-to-toe look at how to care for your newborn. Topics include bathing, diapering, safety, infant stimulation and much, much more. It's recommended that you take this class at the beginning of your third trimester.

Brighton Health Center
First Saturday of the month, 10am to noon.

Learn how to positively discipline your child or children age 2-6 in this helpful class.

Parents will learn:
